Article 1 — The calling of healing flower remedies during the climacteric phase

The climacteric does not arrive abruptly. It gently announces itself… like the changing of a season.
Something within a woman begins to slow down. Cycles become irregular, the body asks for new rhythms, and the soul… begins to speak more loudly.
It is as if life were saying:
“Now is the time to return inward.”
At this stage, Bach Flower Remedies are no longer merely support for occasional emotions. They begin to act as an axis of inner reorganization.
Especially through what are often called healing remedies.
They touch deeper layers of personality — those shaped over the years, often in response to external demands, social roles, and necessary adaptations.
During the climacteric phase, these layers begin to reveal themselves more clearly.
Old patterns emerge. Emotional reactions intensify. What was once tolerable… now becomes uncomfortable.
And this is not a problem.
It is a calling.
Healing flower remedies act like a breath of alignment. They do not “erase” what exists — they organize, soften, and reveal.
A woman gradually begins to recognize:
• what truly belongs to her… and what was learned from others
• what still carries meaning… and what can now be released
• where authenticity exists… and where effort has replaced truth
A silent reunion is taking place.
And little by little, a new feeling begins to emerge — a quieter, steadier inner strength.
Like a tree that, after many seasons, finally roots itself within its own ground.
Complementary section — Reiki and inner reorganization
Within Reiki practice, this phase may also be understood as a profound energetic reorganization.
Reiki invites women to slow down, observe their inner cycles, and welcome transformation with greater presence and awareness.
Rather than trying to “return to who they once were,” Reiki supports alignment with who they are becoming.
In many cases, the climacteric ceases to be experienced only as loss or instability and begins to be perceived as a gateway to inner maturity.
The body changes.
Emotions change.
Energy changes.
And perhaps the greatest lesson lies precisely in allowing this transformation the space it needs to unfold.
“In Reiki, every phase of life may be understood as a movement of reorganization of the self, where energy does not need to be controlled — only welcomed, understood, and harmonized.”
