A New Rhythm for a New Phase of Life

Today I understand that slowing down does not mean giving up on life. It means living with greater awareness.

Perhaps that is why the idea of the Sacred Pause makes so much sense to me at this moment. Not as an escape from reality, but as a return to it. A return to myself.

I am learning that I do not need to rush. That I can rest without guilt, begin again as many times as necessary, and allow life to reveal its next steps at the right time.

The climacteric is no longer just a stage marked by symptoms. It has become an invitation to a new way of living.

And along this journey, Cerato continues to remind me of something precious: when we learn to trust our own perception, we find a sense of peace that no external answer can ever provide.

Perhaps maturity is exactly this: replacing urgency with presence and discovering that our truest rhythm has always been within us.
