Fernanda Gimenez: When Nature, Knowledge and Purpose Come Together

Caring for health begins with understanding the human being as a whole. Guided by this vision, Fernanda Gimenez has built her professional journey by bringing together science, education and natural wisdom in a commitment to promoting health, well-being and quality of life.

Holding a Master’s degree in Naturopathic Sciences, with postgraduate specialization in Clinical Phytotherapy, Fernanda is also an Aromatherapist, Flower Therapist, Crystal Therapist, Natural Cosmetics Designer, Yoga Teacher and Publicist. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to studying, teaching and sharing natural practices as valuable tools for balance, personal development and integrative care.

In 2018, she founded Instituto Naturale, an educational institution created to preserve and promote natural knowledge through courses in integrative therapies, natural cosmetics and healthy living. Since then, the Institute has become a national reference, bringing together more than 10,000 students seeking to expand their knowledge and apply these teachings in both their personal and professional lives.

Her education has been built over more than a decade of study, including national and international training programs, with a strong focus on naturopathy, clinical phytotherapy, aromatherapy and other integrative practices. This experience led her to develop an accessible and well-founded teaching methodology that combines scientific knowledge with practical application.

In addition to her work as an educator, Fernanda is the author of numerous articles, has appeared on television programs and creates educational content that reaches thousands of people in Brazil and around the world. Her mission is to make natural knowledge more accessible and encourage a more conscious relationship with health, well-being and quality of life.

Through this publication, Fernanda also begins sharing her expertise with Mundo Reiki, contributing articles on naturopathy, clinical phytotherapy, aromatherapy, natural cosmetics and other integrative practices. Her work reflects a commitment to providing reliable, accessible and meaningful information that supports a more holistic approach to care.
